Vapor-phase method high-purity ultrafine magnesia
It is a powder of "ultra-pure, ultra-fine magnesium oxide" obtained by vapor-phase oxidation reaction of Mg, available in two grades with particle sizes of 50 nm and 200 nm.
It has characteristics such as low impurity content and stable quality, with each particle being an independent high-purity single crystal that exhibits excellent dispersibility. Being ultra-fine powder, it is highly active and can be sintered at low temperatures. It is used as a raw material for electrical and electronic materials, as well as for various ceramics and sintering aids.
